Henry Mae Kinser, 84, of Georgetown, TX, passed away on Thursday, October 7th, 2021.

Henry Mae was born on September 11, 1937, in Bastrop county in her family’s country home. She was the daughter of Henry and Bernice Perkins. Smithville, TX was Henry Mae’s home for the next 18 years.

Henry Mae married in 1956 and had 3 children, Kenneth, Elizabeth, and Jeffrey. She later met the love of her life and married Tech Sgt. John L. Kinser on May 29th, 1965. Their military life together took them from Austin, TX to California, to Guam, where they welcomed their daughter Kimberly. They returned to the states in 1973 and settled in Austin, TX. Henry Mae worked a few odd jobs before giving 19 years of service to the State of Texas and retired in 1998. She then spent the next 23 years loving life and helping raise 4 grandchildren. She was also blessed with 7 beautiful great-grandchildren who were the light of her life.

Henry Mae is survived by her sons, Kenneth James Kutalek Jr., and Jeffrey Kutalek (Sally); daughters, Elizabeth Fulton, and Kimberly Boykin (Ken); along with 4 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be Tuesday, October 12, at 10:00am from the chapel of Marrs-Jones Funeral Home in Smithville, TX followed by a chapel service at 11:00am. Interment will be at Oak Hill Cemetery in Smithville, TX. In lieu of flowers, please donate to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
