Vicki Jo Korn of Smithville, Texas joined our Lord and Savior on October 16, 2026. 

She was born on June 27, 1950 in Austin, Texas. She passed peacefully at home with her best friend, Carol Ann Hickey, her niece Barbara Tierney and her devoted dog, Dolly by her side. 

She is preceded in death by her parents Walter and Vivian Korn, her sons, Trent “Corky” Dale Slezak and Tristen Farmer, her grandson Tommy McLoud Jr. III, her sister Carolyn Ruth Bauser and her brother Walter “Tuffy” Korn, Jr. 

She is survived by her sisters Wanda Littleton and Tammy Grider, her children Tracy McLoud, Brandi Appling, Tommy McLoud Jr, Kimberly McLoud and Jaeson Farmer and her grandchildren Kyle Hathcock, Jacob Hathcock, Adam McLoud, Kasey Hathcock, Ryan Hathcock, Trey “TR” Appling, Tiffany Hathcock, Emily Martinez, Vivian Griffin, Hunter Lee Griffin, Moriah McLoud, Moses McLoud and Micah McLoud and 11 great-grandchildren.

 She also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends. 

She lived her life to the fullest. There was never a dull moment when she was in the room. May she rest in peace.
