Stephen Michael Carter passed away October 17, 2024 at the age of 81.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Marilyn and Charles John Carter and brother, John Charles Carter.
Stephen is survived by his wife of 41 years, Nellie Carter; daughter, Krista Blackford and her husband Stephen and daughter, Shelly Carter; and one brother, William P Carter.
The family will celebrate the life of Stephen Carter privately.
