Richard Wayne Mays passed away on June 29, 2018 at the age of 74 in Austin, Texas. He was born in San Antonio, Texas on February 5, 1944 to parents Wilbur C. Mays and Christine Funke. He married Nancy (Caldwell) Mays and the two of them resided in Smithville, Texas upon his passing.. Richard retired from the agriculture industry as a sales representative and was a United States Navy Veteran.
