Richard M. Gainer

Richard M. Gainer passed away on May 31, 2023.

Born on December 1, 1945, Richard's career spanned over five decades. He was an intelligent individual whose mind never stopped turning. Richard's tenacity and strength were evident as he battled and defeated multiple health issues and hospital stays. Preslee and Josh provided him with exceptional care throughout his journey.

Richard's relationship with God was very important to him, and he lived his life according to His word. 

One of Richard's passions in life was music. In the 60s while in the air force stationed in Montgomery, Alabama, he had a band called the Rogues. Throughout his life, he recorded several records including a few produced in Nashville.

However, Richard's proudest accomplishment was his family; they were his greatest legacy and brought him tremendous joy. He cherished the moments spent with them and loved them deeply. His son was also his best friend and companion as they traveled extensively together living life to its fullest.

Richard's intelligence and passion for life will be forever remembered by all who knew him. Although we will miss him dearly, we are comforted in knowing that he is at peace now with God.
