Patsy Joe (Kellar) Friend passed away Friday, January 10, 2020 at the age of 73. She was born November 2, 1946 in Smithville, Texas to parents John Kellar and Dorothy (Wilkerson) Kellar.
There will be a Visitation for Patsy Saturday, January 18, 2020 from 11:00am - 1:00pm at All Faiths of the Pines located at 110 American Legion Road, Smithville, Texas.
Funeral Services will be held after the Visitation at 1:00pm also at All Faiths of the Pines.
Patsy Friend will be laid to rest in Oak Hill Cemetery, Smithville, Texas.
