Nancy Marie Fritsche

Nancy Marie Fritsche, 84,  was born to Adolph and Della Herbrick in Winchester, Texas, and passed from this earth on October 12, 2022 at her home in Bastrop, Texas.

She was preceeded in death by her daughter, Connie Lynn Greer in 2019, and never got over the heartbreak of losing her so soon.

Nancy was a devoted wife to her husband, Ivan S. Fritsche for 66 years. She is survived by her husband Ivan; Daughters, Janet Marie and husband Patrick McMahan, Margaret Ann and husband Mark Peres;  grandson, Michael Wayne Demarest and wife Natacha Restrepo;  granddaughters, Jamie Renee McMahan, Mackenzie and Marianna Peres;  great-grandson, Hudson Daniels; son-in-law, Donald Greer and family; brother, Bill and Deborah Ann Herbrick;  sisters, Debra Kay and husband Larry Yarbrough,  Kathy and husband Kenny Vidock;  with numerous nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will gather From 2:00pm to 3:00pm and the Celebration of Nancy's life will begin at 3:00pm on Saturday October 22, 2022 at the Grace Lutheran Church.

The Church is located at 308 Byrne Street in Smithville, Texas.

The Church will provide light refreshments following the service for fellowship.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Grace Lutheran Church of Smithville or the charity of your choice in honor of Nancy Fritsche.

Nancy will be laid to rest at a later date at the St. Michael Lutheran Church Cemetery.
