Fernando se fue a descansar el 10 de octubre 2025. Nacio el 30 de Julio de 1961 en Durango Mexico, A Francisca Herrera y Fernando Ochoa.

El 14 de Enero de 1995 se caso Elena Borja. Juntos formaron una familia con su esfuerzo y amor. Es sobrevivido atravez de su padre Fernando Ochoa, hermanos y Esposa de 30 anos. Junto a sus hijos Pedro Fuentes (Sandra Garcia), Victoria Fuentes (Osvaldo Vazquez), Carmen Soto(Juan Balderas), Monica Jurado (Jose Jurado), Fernando A. Ochoa (Elisabeth Henri) y sus 17 nietos y 1 bisnieto. Le precedio la muerte a su madre Francisca Herrera y Abuelo Fernando Andres Ochoa.

Al Pasadena de los anos Fernando turo muchos trabajos, pero su mejor y mas exitosa carrera fue tener, su propia compania la cual se llamaba Durango Concrete, trabajo en muchos edificios de Austin y Smithville como en el aeropuerto, el jardin de la oracion y el arco en la iglesia catolica San Pablo. Le encantaba la jardineria y hacer carne asada con sus amigos y familiares. Siempre estaba haciendo sus carnes asadas o dandole de comer a sus queridas gallinas.

Fernando sera recordado como una persona confiable, fuerte y terco. A todos con su sonrisa daba bienvenida. Cuando no estaba en el jardin lo encontrabas en su silla favorita tomandose un cafe, y viendo su equipo favorito de LA Dodgers o cualquier juego de futbol Mexicano. Siempre apresiaremos su ingenioso humor y contestasiones. Su computadora de el siempre fue su pico y pala.




Fernando went to rest on October 10, 2025. He was born on July 30, 1961 in Durango, Mexico, to Francisca Herrera and Fernando Ochoa.

On January 14, 1995, Elena Borja got married. Together they formed a family with their effort and love. He is survived by his father Fernando Ochoa, brothers and wife of 30 years. Together with her children Pedro Fuentes (Sandra García), Victoria Fuentes (Osvaldo Vázquez), Carmen Soto (Juan Balderas), Mónica Jurado (José Jurado), Fernando A. Ochoa (Elisabeth Henri) and her 17 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. He was preceded by his mother, Francisca Herrera and grandfather, Fernando Andrés Ochoa.

Fernando took many jobs throughout of the years, but his best and most successful career was to have his own company which was called Durango Concrete. He worked on many buildings in Austin and Smithville such as the airport, the prayer garden and the arch in the Catholic Church of San Pablo. He loved gardening and making carne asada with his friends and family. He was always making his roast meats or feeding his beloved chickens.

Fernando will be remembered as a reliable, strong and stubborn person. He welcomed everyone with his smile. When he wasn't in the garden you would find him in his favorite chair having a coffee, and watching his favorite LA Dodgers team or any Mexican soccer game. We will always remember his witty humor and answers. His computer was always his pick and shovel.




Visitation will be from 5:00pm to 7:00pm with the Rosary beginning at 7:00pm on Thursday, October 16, 2025 at Marrs Jones Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will be at 10:00am on Friday, October 17, 2025 at St. Paul Catholic Church with burial following at Oak Hill Cemetery.
