Beaulah Laverne Hardee’s last sunset was August 25, 2026. Surrounded by those who loved her most, Laverne peacefully left this life and went home to be with the Lord, reunited with her late husband, Bryson Hardee.

Laverne lived a life filled with love, purpose, and an unwavering devotion to her family. Some of her best days were spent teaching school, where she had the opportunity to touch the lives of so many. But nothing brought her greater joy than her family, the time she spent with her grandchildren, and her days spent at the Hardee Ranch.

Laverne was the proud mother of five children, who are here today to honor her life and lay their beloved mother to rest. The love, strength, and values she instilled in them will continue to live on through each of them and through the generations that follow.

Of all the memories Laverne treasured, some of her favorites were the countless days spent watching her grandchildren grow from little ones into the adults they are today. She loved being there for every milestone, especially the many days spent at the ballfields, proudly watching from the stands and cheering them on. Those simple moments became some of life’s greatest memories and will be carried in our hearts forever.

Laverne also loved spending time at the Hardee Ranch, a place that remained incredibly special to her until her very last day. Some of her happiest days were spent looking out at the cows, tending to her flower garden, enjoying a good card game, and simply being surrounded by the people she loved. The ranch was more than a place to her—it was home. It was a place of comfort, peace, family, laughter, and a lifetime of cherished memories.

Laverne was truly as good as they come. She loved deeply, gave generously, and had a way of making the people around her feel loved and cared for. She leaves behind a legacy that cannot be measured in years, but in the lives she touched, the family she built, and the memories that will continue to be shared for generations to come.

Laverne, your spirit will forever be with us. May you no longer be in pain, and may you finally be at peace, reunited with the ones you have missed so dearly. We will take care of the rest down here.
